Iguanodontid / Basal Hadrosaurid Tooth #15

Description

A dinosaur tooth from the Elrhaz Formation of Niger. This tooth belongs to either the iguanodontid Lurdusaurus or the basal hadrosaurid Ouranosaurus.  Unfortunately there's not much published on the teeth of either dinosaur so it's not possible to distinguish between the two.

This is a very nice crown, with good enamel, natural light brown colouration and a bit of damage at the tip.

Comes stored in a display box featuring the specimen name, region it was found, age and a QR code linking to some information about Iguanodontids.
