Description

A Spinosaurus dinosaur tooth from the Kem Kem Beds of Morocco. A very nice tooth with excellent enamel and one neat repair.

Spinosaurus was among the largest of all known carniverous dinosaurs.  It had unserrated, peg shaped teeth and it preyed mostly upon fish in the rivers, deltas and esturies of modern day North Africa.  It also had a large "sail" on its back and a massive fin-like tail, which suggests it was likely semi-aquatic.

Comes accompanied by a Spinosaurus information card.
