Description

A piece of Cretaceous age turtle carapace (shell) from the Hell Creek Formation.  This turtle would have lived in the late Cretaceous rivers, deltas and peaty swamps of modern day Montana, alongside crocodiles and a variety of dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops and Edmontosaurus.

Comes labelled and stored in a case with padding.
