Theropod Tooth, France #01

Description

A rare theropod dinosaur tooth from Cherves de Cognac, France.  This is a robust tooth and is in pretty good condition overall, with some wear to the serrations.  Unfortunately there's very little published on dinosaur teeth from this region, so it's impossible to ID this one beyond 'theropod indet.'.  A rare and interesting tooth from the Early Cretaceous of France! Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.
